Festival of modern art “Bright Balkan World”, Elena 2015
General objective:
This project conducted under the Programme BG08 “Cultural
Heritage and Contemporary Arts” shall contribute to the objectives
set out in the Project Contract. These objectives are, in summary,
to stimulate the cultural diversity development in municipality of
Elena trough the conduction of modern arts festival in the context
of the regional cultural identity and heritage and providing
appropriate cultural infrastructure as a prerequisite for
sustainable social, cultural, creative and economic development of
the municipality of Elena.
