Project goal:

Increasing opportunities for the integration of prisoners in Bulgaria by building a post-penitentiary center in Pleven.

Specific objectives:

• To be studied and analyzed the Norwegian experiences to use in developing a model for post-penitentiary center to the prison in Pleven with the social enterprise.
• Involvement of local institutions - the courts, prosecution, police, probation service and social workers will help build a competent expert on the topic, through which we will build a model of post-penitentiary center;
• Preparation of project ideas to create a social enterprise to prison in the town of Pleven;
• Improvement of partnership relations between Bulgaria and Norway in the penitentiary system.
